In the night from 13 to 14 July in Brazil ended with the World Cup. The tournament lasted a month on the sidelines 12 cities in the country, and in the final for the title team argued Germany and Argentina. Picking up the archives, we are reminded of the most unusual fans who sat in the stands of the main Brazilian arenas in this tournament.

Finals of the World Cup is over. Ends and our special project, which bore the informal name "Mission Messi." We wholeheartedly rooting for Lionel and wished him and his team win.Argentine boys showed incredibly steep and strong game against Germany. Had not enough to win. But still Messi - the best! And we have gathered highlights of his game in the final. See you at the World Cup 2018!

President Obama takes a selfie with a US.Navy officer. ท่านประธานาธิบดีโอบามา  ร่วมถ่ายรูปตัวท่านเองกับนายทหารหญิงของกองทัพเรือสหรัฐคนหนึ่ง ตั้งแต่กล้องถ่ายรูปถูกบรรจุอยู่ในโทรศัพท์มือถือ พฤติกรรมการถ่ายรูปของเราก็เริ่มเปลี่ยนไปเราถ่ายรูปตนเองกันมากขึ้นด้วยกล้องหน้าของสมาร์ทโฟน แท็บเล็ต และเมื่อถ่ายแล้วก็อัพโหลดรูปนั้นๆขึ้น Social Network เช่น Facebook , Instagram ทำให้พฤติกรรมถ่ายรูปตนเองแบบนี้ถูกบัญญัติเป็นศัพท์ใหม่ขึ้นมาเรียกว่า Selfie โดยได้รับความนิยมมากในหมู่วัยรุ่น แต่เราก็มักจะเห็นวัยรุ่นที่มีพฤติกรรมนี้มากเกินไป ชอบถ่ายแต่รูปตัวเองไม่ว่าจะทำอะไรอยู่ที่ไหน แบบนี้แล้วจะทำให้เกิดเป็นปัญหาต่อไปหรือไม่? นพ. จิตริน ใจดี จิตแพทย์ประจำศูนย์จิตรักษ์กรุงเทพ โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ได้เล่าถึงพฤติกรรม Selfie ว่า เป็นพฤติกรรมที่มีทั้งข้อดีและข้อเสีย โดย Selfie ก็เป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งของการสื่อสาร  การแสดงออกถึงตัวตนของบุคคลนั้นๆ ให้ผู้อื่นได้รับรู้ ซึ่งไม่จำเป็นเสมอไปที่คนที่มีพฤติกรรม Selfie จะต้องเป็นคนที่ “ต้องการความสนใจ” หรือ “เรียกร้องความสนใจ” อย่างเดียวเท่านั้น  ถ้าหากแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสม ทำตามกาลเทศะ หรือทำอย่างมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เช่น Post รูปน่ารักๆ ก็ทำให้ได้รับการยอมรับ ได้รับความสนุกสนาน แต่หากหมกมุ่นมากเกินไปกับ Selfie ก็อาจจะทำให้เกิดผลเสียหรืออาจจะทำลายความสัมพันธ์ในชีวิตจริงๆได้ ถ้าแบ่งเวลาไม่เป็น ก็อาจจะกระทบต่อหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ของคนๆนั้น นอกจากนี้พฤติกรรม Selfie อาจเป็นปัญหาให้กลายเป็นกลุ่มคนที่เรียกว่า  Generation me  หรือพฤติกรรมกรรมการหลงตัวเองของวัยรุ่น หากรูปที่ลงใน Social Network นั้นได้รับ like เยอะ ก็จะรู้สึกมั่นใจ จนทำให้ตอนนี้มีบริการแปลกๆอย่างการขาย like กันเลย โดยวัยรุ่นที่เข้าข่าย Generation me อาจเกิดปัญหาต่อตนเองในทางที่จะเป็นคนสูญเสียความมั่นใจได้ง่ายๆ เรียกร้องความสนใจจากสังคม ทำให้เป็นคนที่มีความสุขได้ยากโดยเหตุที่พบว่า วัยรุ่น (13-21 ปี) มีลักษณะของ Generation Me มากกว่าวัยอื่นๆ อาจเป็นเพราะ เติบโตมากับ Social Media และเทคโนโลยีที่เชื่อการแสดงตัวตน การสื่อสาร และการทำตามกระแส ซึ่งลักษณะสำคัญของวัยนี้คือ จะเป็นวัยที่มีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ หรือแสวงหาความเป็นตัวตนของตัวเอง (Identity) จึงเป็นเรื่องปกติที่เด็กวัยรุ่นจะให้ความสนใจกับเรื่องของตัวเองเป็นพิเศษกว่าวัยอื่นๆ  The Selfie Syndrome  เป็นอาการทางจิตที่ติดการถ่ายรูปตนเองเป็นชีวิตจิตใจ เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ แล้วก็กลายเป็นคนหลงรูปตนเอง (narcissitic) ดังนั้นวิธีการป้องกันหรือแก้ไขพฤติกรรมนี้ ต้องให้เด็กได้รับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความสามารถของตนเอง ในทางที่เหมาะสม เพราะยังมีวิธีการสร้างความมั่นใจอื่นๆให้กับเด็กได้อีกหลายทาง เช่นการส่งเสริมด้านกีฬา ศิลปะ ดนตรี และเมื่อเด็กทำได้ดีก็ต้องรู้จักชื่นชม ซึ่งก็จะทำให้เด็กรู้สึกภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง มีความมั่นใจที่มาจากด้านในตัวเอง โดยที่ไม่ต้องพึ่งพาการยอมรับหรือความสนใจจากสิ่งอื่น 1966 Buzz Andrin นักบินอวกาศ ทำการถ่ายรูปตัวเอง (Taking a Selfie) ทีมงานได้ค้นหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมพบว่า Generation Me คือกลุ่มที่มองตังเองสำคัญที่สุด มองตัวเองเป็นศูนย์กลางของทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง ลุ่มหลงตัวเอง โดยข้อมูลจากสถาบันสุขภาพแห่งชาติอเมริกาพบว่า คนรุ่นใหม่กว่า 80 ล้านคนในอเมริกาที่เกิดระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1980-2000 มีความหลงตัวเองเป็น 3 เท่าของคนรุ่นพ่อแม่ และคนที่มี “บุคลิกภาพหลงตัวเอง” มักจะมีพฤติกรรม ดังนี้ 1.ปฏิกิริยาต่อการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ ด้วยความโกรธแค้น สร้างความน่าละอาย/ขายหน้า และความอัปยศน่าอดสู 2.เอาเปรียบผู้อื่น เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการชนะ 3.มีความรู้สึกว่าตนเองเป็นคนสำคัญมากเกินพอดี 4.พูดขยายเกินกว่าความเป็นจริง เกี่ยวกับความสำเร็จหรือความสามารถของตนเอง 5.มีใจหมกมุ่นกับจินตนาการความสำเร็จ พลัง อำนาจ ความงาม สติปัญญา 6.ใช้เหตุผลที่ไม่สมเหตุสมผล กับสิ่งที่ตนเองชื่นชอบ คาดหวัง 7.ต้องการเป็นที่ชื่นชม ยอมรับและหลงใหลอยู่ตลอดเวลา 8.เพิกเฉย ไม่เอาใจใส่ต่อความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น และมีความพยายามเพียงน้อยนิดที่จะแสดงความเห็นใจผู้อื่น 9.คิดหมกมุ่นอยู่กับผลประโยชน์ และความต้องการของตนเอง 10.ไล่ตามเป้าหมาย ที่เห็นประโยชน์แก่ตนเอง เทคโนโลยีนั้นมาพร้อมกับข้อดีและข้อเสีย อยู่ที่ว่าเราจะเรียนรู้ ปรับตัว และใช้มันอย่างไร โดยเฉพาะในวัยรุ่น เป็นวัยที่ผู้ปกครองควรให้คำแนะนำ และดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด ไม่ใช่แค่เป็นผู้ซื้ออุปกรณ์ให้เด็กเพียงอย่างเดียว เพราะอุปกรณ์นั้นๆอาจสร้างความเสียหายให้กับบุตรหลานของคุณได้โดยไม่คาดคิด
